Polish and Hungarian PG Open 2016

This year Polish and Hungarians got together to hold their first event of their national championship in Tolmin, Slovenia. Klaudia Bulgakow reports:

The number of pilots who signed, from both nations, to participate in the competition surprised the organizers who were forced to do a strict selection. This helped to keep the competition on the highest level and at the end 134 pilots competed for the title.

After bad weather during all spring and many comps cancelled and postponed in Slovenia, finally the weather was generous and allowed to run four interesting tasks of 72.7, 64.3, 69.9 and 64.1 km respectively.

Dusan Oroz, from Slovenia, was the overall winner and Michael Gerlach and Klaudia Bungalow, defended their Polish titles, all flying Enzo 2s.

Mate Nagy and Adel Honty, flying her Mantra 6, are the new Hungarian Champions.

Full results can be found here on Airtribune.

Congrats to all the pilots and cheers from all the team at OZONE!
