Fazer 3 is now available

The mission of the Fazer series is to offer the most versatile speed wing possible with performance and ease of use for both foot launch and ski launch flying. We’ve kept everything that maintains the ease of use that the Fazer series has become known for, while widening the flight range with a new riser system to allow a much steeper glide with more stability. Overall, the Fazer 3 is slightly more dynamic in roll and turns, but retains the exact handling that allows for precise control with swoop style landings and ground diving turns. Check out the Fazer 3 page for more info.

Ozone pilots win Nationals in UK and Italy

The British Open and National Championship was held from June 25 – 28 at Coleshill, Swindon, UK, and nineteen pilots competed including the UK top pilots. The weather conditions allowed competitors to fly each day, with 10 navigation, economy, and precision tasks. OZONE Team pilot Mark Morgan finished 2nd flying his new Viper 4 18. Mark reports: “Thanks to the Viper 4 I had my best ever competition result getting 2nd at the UK Open Paramotor championships. It could have been first place if I hadn’t made a rookie mistake on the eco distance… The Competition was a huge challenge for all competitors due to the strong gusty and thermic conditions but the Viper 4 held strong during all the tasks. Love this wing!”The 2016 Italian championships consisted of 3 events in May and June taking place in different locations around Italy, and this was the largest year yet for Italian PPG comps. The level of the competition was also higher than years before, and during most of the events turbulent weather demanded higher than average skill to compete. Pasquale Biondo and Sandro Passeri, OZONE Power Italian Team pilots, swept the competition scene …read more

Ozone Slalom Steering System (Video)

Alex Mateos describes his design: The OZONE slalom steering system is a safe way to control direction whilst accelerating along the course. The AM steering system will require a certain amount of time to learn the correct movements but, once mastered, allows the pilot full directional control whilst accelerated without the risk of accidentally activating the brakes. The slalom steering system is not only for competition slalom flying. It can be used by any pilot who flies reflex wings at top speed – this system gives the pilot more consistent control with faster access to brake inputs while using the tip steering line with an improved safety margin. The new OZONE Viper 4 is delivered with special pulleys and additional tip steering lines to install this slalom steering system. More details are available in the Viper 4 manual available at flyozone.com
