Leandro Pederson just sent us a note with this tracklog in it. He flew 204kms with his Rush 3 in 5:22hrs, which means an average speed of 45.8kmh! Nice work Leandro, that is quite impressive! The Ozone Team visited this beautiful part of the world in December 2012, but none of us flew that far, which makes us a little jealous

Leandro’s flight is an Argentine record in the EN B category.

As a result of the problematic German regulations requiring that all wings have an LTF sticker applied to them, Ozone competition pilots in Germany have been forced to fly wings other than the Enzo2 in competition so far this year… of course, only in Germany.

As in other countries in the Northern Hemisphere (where pilots are saddled with less bureaucracy) national league competitions are now beginning. At the first German National event in Bavaria, Ozone Team Pilot, Pepe Malecki, decided not to fly his Enzo 1 and instead grabbed a Mantra M6 demo in size MS. He was unable to fly …read more
